•Cancellation within 24hrs of service = 50% cost of service charge. •No call no show = 80% cost of service charge. •In case of cancellation charge, the card on file will automatically be charged. If you fail to pay the cancellation or no call/no show fee you will be banned from booking and required to pay for your appointment upfront to be able to book again. •If you are late for your scheduled appointment, I will work on you for the remaining duration of the appointment, but you are responsible for 100% of the service costs.
